We at IAP are coordinating Norwegian colleagues to apply our MMARIA approach in Norway to get wind fields in the 80-100 km atmospheric region. MMARIA stands for Multi-static, multi-frequency agile radar investigations of the Atmosphere. Here is a link to our first MMARIA paper.
